Kevin Steen signs developmental deal with WWE

Triple H announced on his Twitter that the WWE has signed popular Canadian pro wrestler Kevin Steen to a developmental deal.

The 30 year old from Quebec is trained by former WWE Superstar Jacques Rougeau and has worked for independent organizations such as Combat Zone Wrestling, Pro Wrestling Guerrilla and even Ring of Honor where he was their World champion. He wrestled his last match for ROH this past month.

Steen is expected to report to NXT in Orlando shortly.
