WWE-bound Shinsuke Nakamura stripped off the IWGP IC title

New Japan Pro Wrestling’s IWGP Intercontinental champion Shinsuke Nakamura is being stripped off his title according to NJPW, days after he publicly announced that he’s going to the WWE at the end of the month.

Nakamura’s last date with NJPW is on January 30 at the Korakuen Hall and has several dates in between, dates that he’s expect to honor. His title will be up for grabs next month with Kenny Omega, the new leader of the Bullet Club, being one of the contenders for the title.

Shinsuke Nakamura, along with AJ Styles, Doc Gallows, and Karl Anderson of the Bullet Club are expected to show up on WWE television over the next few weeks.
