Jerry Lawler dropped from the Rumble broadcast team

There will be a change in the commentary team for the Royal Rumble tonight as WWE Hall of Famer Jerry “The King” Lawler seems like he lost his spot at the PPV broadcast booth.

Lawler confirmed on Twitter that the Raw broadcast team will be handling the Royal Rumble tonight, with the team of Michael Cole, Byron Saxton, and JBL on the mic.

Jerry Lawler, who recently went back to his heel commentary, will be doing the Rumble pre-show and the panel during the Rumble itself.

This will be the first pay-per-view without Lawler in a very, very long time.
