Becky Lynch tweets from hospital after missing No Mercy

WWE Smackdown Women’s champion Becky Lynch tweeted and posted a photo from hospital, her first public comments since she was ruled out of the No Mercy pay-per-view.

“Thank you all for the thoughts. I promise I’ll do everything I can to get back ASAP and defend my title… I’m watching closely tonight,” Becky wrote, accompanied by a thumbs-up selfie.

Lynch was first thought to be suffering from an injury however a later report by PWInsider.com says that she has a health issue that is preventing her from taking any bumps and not an injury. “There is no physical injury and she has not been suspended, but WWE officials have made the decision that she cannot take bumps until the health issue has cleared,” Mike Johnson wrote when covering the story for PWInsider.
