The Headbangers with a chance to join Smackdown’s Survivor Series team

The Headbangers will get a shot at making the Smackdown Survivor Series team next week in Newark, New Jersey.

“Well, it looks like the Headbangers will have a chance to qualify for the #SDLive Survivor Series Team! Watch out Jersey, we’re coming home,” wrote Chaz Warrington, the man who plays the character of Mosh.

Two months ago, Mosh and Thrasher returned for one night only and took part in the tournament to crown the new Smackdown Tag Team champions. It was their first appearance on WWE television together since July 2000.

Smackdown will be having five tag teams that will square up against Raw’s best five tag teams in a traditional Survivor Series elimination match. Heath Slater and Rhyno and The Hype Bros have so far qualified for the match for Smackdown.
