Referee Brian Hebner departs Impact Wrestling

Impact referee Brian Hebner announced on Twitter that he has departed Impact Wrestling after he requested for his release.

“Wanted to let everyone know that I have asked & been granted my release from @IMPACTWRESTLING! Thanks to my locker room, Ur the best,” Hebner wrote.

Hebner was a popular figure with his peers as evident by the many messages that were left for him after he announced his departure.

Brian is the son of Earl Hebner, one of the legendary wrestling referees along with his twin brother Dave. He refereed in WWE before joining Impact several years ago.
