WWE returns to Madison Square Garden tonight for non-televised house show

WWE will be returning to Madison Square Garden tonight for a non-televised live event part of the Road to WrestleMania tour.

The show is headlined by a triple threat match between WWE Universal champion Brock Lesnar taking on Kane and Braun Strowman. Lesnar has so far only appeared at non-televised events and has yet to appear on Raw to push his match against Roman Reigns. He was advertised for the past two Raw shows but for storyline purposes he was kept out and will be returning this coming Monday. The two house shows that Lesnar was a part of were quick work for the champion, finishing his first match in 35 seconds and the second one in just over a minute.

Nikki Bella will also be returning to the ring tonight, teaming up with her fiancee John Cena to take on Elias and his Facebook Mixed Match Challenge tag team partner Bayley. This will be Nikki’s first appearance in the ring since the Royal Rumble.

The Smackdown brand will be represented at the show as WWE champion AJ Styles and Royal Rumble winner Shinsuke Nakamura will battle Kevin Owens and Sami Zayn.

Others scheduled to appear are The Bar, Finn Balor, The Miz, Seth Rollins, Asuka, Alexa Bliss, and others.
