Jeff Hardy has pleaded guilty for a DUI charge which happened in March of this year according to CBS affiliate WBTV.
The current WWE United States champion was given a 120-day suspended sentence and fined $300 for court costs. He will need to complete an assessment and treatment class in addition to turning over his license. Jeff also has 120 days to complete a total of 48 hours of community service as part of his sentence.
Hardy lost control of his 2016 Cadillac while driving northbound on Concord Parkway in Concord, North Carolina and struck 105 feet of guardrail before the car turned 90 degrees and stopping in the middle of the right lane of traffic. He did $5,000 damage to the guardrail and $8,000 damage to his car.
When police administered a breathalyzer, he blew a 0.25, which is more than three times the legal limit.
