In this episode of Total Divas Paige and her friend, Nia Jax, discussed possible career changes for Paige since she is no longer able to wrestle due to neck injury.
Paige revealed that she had never had a part time job, or indeed any job at all outside of wrestling. Therefore, she thought it would be fun for her and Nia to try out some typical summer jobs that teenagers often have.
First, they tried making pizzas at a pizzeria. Nia was better than Paige at making pizzas. Then Nia and Paige decided to try driving petty cabs. They didn’t have much success with this either. Similarly, when they tried to work in a bowling alley, they quit after being told that they had to search through the garbage for glasses lost by an elderly customer.
I think that the moral of the story is that these girls shouldn’t quit their day jobs. Luckily, Paige has her new job as General Manager of Smackdown Live to keep her occupied!
Meanwhile, another WWE Superstar continues to ask for help in jumpstarting her career. WWE Superstar Lana asked for help in preparing for the women’s WWE Money in the Bank ladder match from Daniel Bryan. So, Lana and her husband, Rusev, headed to San Diego to get help from the ladder match pro.
While Lana and Daniel worked, Rusev began talking to Daniel’s sister-in-law, Nicole, and asked what Bryan and his wife Brie had done for their daughter’s first birthday. Upon hearing that the parents had opted for a small family celebration, Rusev was outraged and insisted that Birdie should have a large birthday party complete with several Bulgarian traditions. At first, I thought that Brie and Bryan would be upset about the party, but they were okay with it.
May there be many many more birthdays to come on Total Divas.
