WWE launches SummerSlam virtual meet and greets…for a hefty price!

With no SummerSlam Axxess taking place this year for obvious reasons, WWE is finding an alternative way of making fan interactive events during the SummerSlam weekend and also making a lot of money along the way.

Today, the company announced the SummerSlam Virtual Meet & Greet sessions with five WWE Superstars so far taking part.

WWE champion Drew McIntyre, Universal champion Braun Strowman, NXT champion Keith Lee, Seth Rollins, and Smackdown Women’s and Tag Team champion Bayley will all be spending a couple of minutes – literally – chatting with WWE fans in one-on-one video chats. All sessions will last just two minutes and cost $125 each.

Apart from the two-minute chat, you will also get a downloadable video of your meet and greets available within 48 hours of the event and the ability to purchase exclusive personalized autograph items.

Keith Lee’s sessions will be at 10AM on Saturday. Bayley will start at 10AM on Sunday and then followed by Braun Strowman at 1PM. Then on Monday Drew McIntyre will chat at 10AM and Seth Rollins will follow at 1PM.
