Edge and Sasha Banks advertised for July 16 Smackdown in Houston

Both WWE Hall of Famer Edge and former Smackdown Women’s champion Sasha Banks are being advertised locally for the July 16 episode of Friday Night Smackdown in Houston, Texas.

This Smackdown will mark the first stop for WWE in front of fans as part of a 25-city tour which was announced last week. Tickets for the show, the Money In The Bank pay-per-view two days later, and the Raw after the pay-per-view will go on sale tomorrow morning at Ticketmaster.com.

Edge has not been seen on WWE television since his loss at WrestleMania 37 in the main event of night two. Edge, along with Daniel Bryan, were pinned by Roman Reigns as he retained his Universal title.

“The Boss” Sasha Banks lost her title at WrestleMania during the main event of night one against Bianca Belair. While she did appear after Mania, she has also been absent from television for a few weeks now.
