Roman Reigns fires and attacks Paul Heyman on Smackdown

After thanking him for 40 years of service to his family, the Tribal Chief Roman Reigns fired his special counsel Paul Heyman last night on Smackdown and hit him with the Superman punch.

Reigns, who was absent from Smackdown last week, said that he thought Heyman looked a little bit shady last week and started to ask questions such as if he knew Lesnar was going to be at SummerSlam, if he knew Lesnar was going to be at Madison Square Garden, if he knew Lesnar’s suspension was going to be lifted…all questions which Heyman looked guilty for.

Reigns then told Heyman to be honest and asked if he could trust him. Heyman, holding the Universal title, said that he was just protecting Reigns from Brock Lesnar and not the other way round.

The champ then went to hug Heyman, told him he loved him, and fired him on the spot.

After hitting him with the Superman punch, Brock Lesnar ran down and laid out both The Usos and was welcomed in the ring by a couple of chair shots from Reigns. But that did not slow down Lesnar who F5’d Reigns not once, but twice, to end the show.
