ROH Supercard of Honor draws over 20,000 PPV buys

Dave Meltzer of the Wrestling Observer is reporting that the ROH Supercard of Honor show during WrestleMania weekend did in excess of 20,000 pay-per-view buys when adding both streaming and traditional PPV providers.

The show got a huge uptick in demand after earlier last month, Tony Khan bought Ring of Honor from Sinclair Broadcast Group and decided to still honor the commitment for the show despite not wanting to run on WrestleMania weekend and head-to-head against his own show Rampage.

Over 2,000 fans attended the show, helped when they announced that The Briscoe Brothers would be taking on FTR in one of those tag team dream matches for the ROH Tag Team titles. Samoa Joe was also a surprise guest towards the end of the show.
