WWE Money in the Bank 2022 PPV Pick’em report

Hey everybody! @TheMagnumDA here with the Money in the Bank PPV Pick’em report!!Tonight, it’ll be a Triple Threat, as Colin defends the WOPC Championship against myself and Brother Bull! What are we waiting for?? ON WITH THE PICKS!

WWE Raw Women’s Championship
Bianca Belair (c) vs. Carmella

Bull: I gotta go with Belair to retain – Carmella’s not winning this on short notice.

Magnum: I’m with Bull here. Match placement is important here – if this match happens after the Women’s MITB, anything could happen. For now, I’ll take Bianca to retain…but don’t be surprised if she loses the title tonight.

Colin: This I have zero doubt how it’s going to end. Carmella wins, obviously. OKAY OKAY I WAS KIDDING. There’s no way in hell this title changes hands right now, especially not to Carmella. Sorry Mella, nothing personal. EST (Bianca) gets the W.

WWE SmackDown Women’s Championship
Ronda Rousey (c) vs. Natalya

Bull: Rousey retains – should be a much better match than people anticipate.

Magnum: I loved when Natalya dressed up like Ronda – it got a little silly with the stroller, but I still got a kick out of it. Ultimately, I’ll take Ronda to retain.

Colin: I enjoyed the build up to this one, although Rousey as champion has not gotten me excited for anything to be honest. Such a step down from her first run. Maybe not her fault. There’s only one money match for Rousey, and that’s against Becky. But in any case, Ronda retains.

Undisputed WWE Tag Team Championship
The Usos (c) vs. The Street Profits

Bull: The Usos are good – not FTR good – but they’re damn good. Look for them to retain here in an incredible match.

Magnum: The Usos are in Demolition 1988-1989 mode here. They’re going for 400+ days with this reign. Wouldn’t it be ironic if New Day were the ones to stand in Jimmy and Jey’s way before they make history? For tonight, let’s stick with The Usos

Colin: This can be a great match and all four can work. But we’ve seen it a gazillion times already. I can’t see The Usos dropping the titles for now so I’m sticking with them to win.

WWE United States Championship
Theory (c) vs. Bobby Lashley

Bull: I do not see Theory losing the title here, but I don’t see Bobby losing this match. I’ll take Bobby to win, regardless of how he does it.

Magnum: You know, I’ll go against the grain here. I’ll take Theory tonight – I could see Bobby getting himself DQ’ed or something like that.

Colin: Bobby Lashley winning the United States title would be useless. He doesn’t need that title. Bobby should be fighting in the main events. I still think he’s going to win this match, but he won’t walk away with the title. Probably a DQ finish here where Bobby wins.

Money in the Bank Ladder Match – Women’s
Lacey Evans vs. Alexa Bliss vs. Liv Morgan vs. Raquel Rodriguez vs. Asuka vs. Shotzi vs. Becky Lynch

Bull: I’ve given this one some thought…and yeah, Big Time Becks is going back to the mountaintop, and it starts tonight. Becky wins.

Magnum: I’m rolling with Becky too – the logic here is that she could either take the title back tonight, or bide her time and strike down the road. Either way, I’m not ready to take a chance on anyone else tonight. BTB for the win.

Colin: There’s a few potential winners here although I’m hoping there will be an eighth individual, someone maybe like Bayley. But for now it’s seven and the way things are going, I’m picking Liv Morgan to win this one. Becky doesn’t need it, nor does Asuka. And they would be the favorites probably. I wouldn’t be shocked if Evans wins it, but for this pick, I choose Liv

Money in the Bank Ladder Match – Men’s
Seth “Freakin” Rollins vs. Drew McIntyre vs. Sheamus vs. Omos vs. Sami Zayn vs. Riddle vs. Madcap Moss

Bull: Tonight is Riddle’s night – he can never have another title match against Reigns after losing his last shot on Smackdown. Having the briefcase will change things – give me Riddle to win.

Magnum: At the time this report was written, Madcap Moss was not one of the options…we didn’t know he’d be in this match. Does that change anything? I don’t believe so. I am mulling back and forth between Riddle and Rollins – another part of me wants to believe that Cody could show up out of nowhere and win this thing. Since he’s not announced, I’m not going to pick him. I’ll take Seth Rollins to win it.

Colin: Riddle is a popular pick but I’m hoping it’s either Rollins or Drew to win this one.  I’m gonna go with Rollins.

There you have it folks! From all of us at the WO Pick’em Crew, thanks for joining us and we will see you at Summerslam!! @TheMagnumDA signing off.
