Theory wins the men’s 2022 MITB ladder match

The men’s Money In The Bank ladder match had a final twist added to it – an eight member in the form of former United States champion Theory.

Earlier in the broadcast, Theory lost the U.S. title to fan favorite Bobby Lashley, but Theory’s night was just getting started – and getting better.

An insane MITB ladder match closed the show with several high spots and innovative use of ladders but the 24-year-old outsmarted all his opponents and threw Riddle off the ladder to get the briefcase. During the match, Theory was subjected to some wild bumps and certainly earned his spot.

Theory becomes the youngest men’s MITB winner ever and now has a year to cash in. After the show was over, he cut a promo on the top of the ladder and reminded the crowd that everyone’s time was up but his time was now.
