Ticket sales for Royal Rumble 2023 cross 25,000 mark

Tickets for the Royal Rumble at the Alamodome in San Antonio, Texas, are selling very well and Dave Meltzer of the Observer is reporting that as of today, there’s over 25,000 tickets sold.

The Alamodome is currently set up for 40,000 fans as only approximately half of the stadium is being used for the show. It is easily expandable if there’s more ticket demand leading up to January 28.

Day one ticket sales, including the pre-sale, had the most activity of any Royal Rumble in previous history, contributing to the large number of seats sold so far.

This will be the third time that the stadium will host a Royal Rumble, with the 1997 and 2017 versions taking place there as well.
