Monday Night Raw TV report for 12/04/2023

Drew McIntyre is out first and says welcome to Monday Night Raw but apparently, we can leave the company, do all that, and come back with open arms these days, and Jey Uso your time is coming.

Sami Zayn comes out and says if you have something to say, say it to my face. Drew tells him if anyone deserved to get screwed by the Bloodline is you. You deserved what you got since you screwed them over first. Sami says he was wrong they are nothing alike which is what he told him last week. Sami said he doesn’t blame everyone else for his shortcomings and when he lost in front of his family he didn’t blame anyone, he stayed hungry and that led him to winning the main event at WrestleMania and that made his family proud. He asked Drew if he thought his family was proud of him and Drew tells him one of us is not walking out of here tonight get a referee out here right now.

Drew McIntyre VS. Sami Zayn

Sami had hurt his leg early in the match and when he leapfrogged Drew, he hurt it more. When the referee helped Sami up, Drew hit him with a Claymore.

Winner: Drew McIntyre

Shayna Baszler in the back getting ready for her match with Nia Jax and she said she was the one that put Nia out by breaking her arm and tonight she is going to remind her of that limb by limb.

Jey Uso talks about his chance for the world championship tonight. He said his last opportunity was ripped away from his brother and it hurt more than you know and had to walk away. He convinced himself he was done until he got a call from Cody Rhodes, and he told him he couldn’t quit. It’s time to create his own legacy. Tonight, he proves to the whole world why they call him Main Event Jey Uso.

Jackie Redmond was going to try to get an update from Sami Zayn while he was getting checked out by the trainer and Drew McIntyre comes in and attacked Sami. With Sami down and his leg up on an equipment box, Drew jumps and comes down on the leg and officials come running in to stop Drew.

Jey comes in to check on Sami and says it’s going to be alright.

Byron Saxton interviews Becky Lynch about something she said last week, and Nia Jax interrupted and said she can take it from here. Nia asked her about the fights she was talking about, and Becky said yes you and Nia says when I am done squashing Shayna, I am all yours and Becky says I can’t wait.

Nia Jax VS. Shayna Baszler

Nia picked Shayna up while she was locked in the Kirifuda Clutch and back dropped her and then Nia hit Shayna with an annihilator.

Winner: Nia Jax

Becky Lynch comes out and Nia leaves the ring.

A video package of C.M. Punk’s return was shown.

DIY is in the back with Indi Hartwell and Candace LeRae. Kaiser and Vinci come in and make fun of them as DIY leave Kaiser tells Vinci tonight is important, don’t screw this up for me and Vinci says I won’t, but I hope you don’t either.

DIY VS. Ludwig Kaiser & Giovanni Vinci in a 2 out of 3 falls match

Kaiser rolls Ciampa up and holds the tights for the first fall.

Winners of Fall #1: Ludwig Kaiser & Giovanni Vinci

Fall #2

Kaiser and Vinci tried a double team move but Ciampa held Kaiser and Gargano rolled over Vinci for the pin.

Winners of Fall #2: DIY

Fall #3

After running Vinci into the ring steps DIY hit meet in the middle on Kaiser and win the 3rd fall and the match.

After the match, Vinci told Kaiser he needed to explain this loss not him.

In the back, Natalya and Teagan Nox were talking and Chelsea Green and Piper Niven told her they can’t beat them, and Natalya said after they win their match tonight, they are coming back after those titles.

The Creed Brothers and The New Day in the back and Alpha Academy come in and warn them it only gets harder from here.

The Judgment Day see R Truth sitting on their couch again. They then start talking about Drew McIntyre and then Damian said Rhea and Finn are not there tonight, so he is taking the lead and Dominik and JD need to show the Creed Brothers why they run the tag team division around here.

Kayden Carter & Katona Chance VS. Natalya & Teagan Nox

Carter and Chance hit the kickstand finishing move and pin Natalya.

Winners: Kayden Carter & Katona Chance

The American Nightmare is next out to the ring. Cody tells Shinsuke he has his attention.

Jey Uso enters Adam Pearce’s office to check on an update on Sami Zayn, but Adam didn’t have one, then Gunther comes in and says they need to talk, and Adam says yes, we do.

Dominik Mysterio & JD McDonagh VS. The Creed Brothers

Dominik was launched out of the ring and the Creeds hit the Brutus Ball on JD for the win.

Winners: The Creed Brothers

Adam Pearce walks up to Seth Rollins and tells him he has invited C.M. Punk to Raw next week and he wants to sign him to a contract. Seth tells him he doesn’t care and doesn’t blame him when Punk shows his true colors, and he does what he must do. Jey Uso walked in and thanked Seth for nice words and they both said they are going to beat each other tonight. They first bump.

Damian walked up to JD & Dominik and asked what happened and JD started trying to blame R-Truth and Dominik says it wasn’t Truth, the Creed Brothers are the real deal you and Finn better watch out.

Main Event Jey Uso VS. Seth “Freakin” Rollins for the WWE World Championship

An exciting match in the end Jey ran at Seth for a spear but Seth hits a pedigree and then a stomp to retain the title.

Winner and Still WWE World Champion: Seth “Freakin” Rollins

After the match Seth shows Jey respect and Jey goes to the outside and is attacked by Drew McIntyre and Seth tried to help but Drew throws Seth and then slams Jey through the announce table and yells and the truth will set you free.
