MVP departs WWE

MVP has also departed WWE and his profile has been moved to the alumni section on WWE.COM.

The 50-year-old has been with the company since 2020 and was on his second stint with WWE, returning at the Royal Rumble that year and then sticking around when The Hurt Business banded together. After The Hurt Business was abandoned by WWE, MVP moved to managed Omos but despite the potential, the pairing never really took off.

MVP last appeared on WWE television when he accompanied Omos to the Andre The Giant battle royal on the eve of WrestleMania XL.

While in a recent interview MVP said that his latest run was quite the ride, his departure wasn’t a quiet one, accusing WWE of being racist and showed no love lost for Paul “Triple H” Levesque.
