Collision residency at Esports Stadium in Arlington ends with tonight’s show

AEW ends its Esports Stadium residency in Arlington, Texas with tonight’s Collision live on TNT.

The residency started with the August 17 episode of Collision and since then, AEW held every Collision taping until now and Ring of Honor TV, as well as ROH’s Death Before Dishonor pay-per-view.

It was dubbed as the AEW Path To All In Summer Series and the company paid a total of $232,000 for all shows, meant to be a cost-cutting decision since the company has been having trouble selling tickets to Collision while on tour.

AEW had just over 1,000 fans for every Collision, reaching the maximum capacity of the arena.

The next Collision will be taped from Cardiff, Wales, right after Dynamite on Wednesday and the show resumes its tour in the United States with the August 31 episode from Sioux Falls, South Dakota.
