Former Attorney General of Louisiana launches WWE investigation

Former Attorney General of Louisiana, Charles C. Foti, Jr., Esq., a partner at the law firm of Kahn Swick & Foti, LLC, announced that KSF has commenced an investigation into WWE following the announcement of their new TV deal with NBC Universal.

KSF’s investigation is focusing on whether WWE and/or its officers and directors violated state or federal securities laws since management was very optimistic about what they would get from this deal in the past. This new WWE TV deal has opened WWE to a lot of scrutiny, bad publicity that WWE can certainly do without but now impossible to avoid.

If you have information that would assist KSF in its investigation, or would like to discuss your legal rights, you may, without obligation or cost to you call toll free at 1-877-515-1850.
