AEW stars no longer appearing for GCW

It seems that the relationship between AEW and GCW will stop after it is believed that no AEW stars will be allowed to participate in any future GCW shows moving forward.

Jon Moxley, who was the reigning GCW champion, honored his end of the deal though and participated in the GCW Fight Club career vs title match against Nick Gage this past weekend.

Gage won the match, which was the expected result, ending Moxley’s 399-day as a GCW champion. Stokely Hathaway and W. Morrissey were also involved in the finish. Mox originally won the title from Matt Cardona in September 2021.

Following their brutal match, Nick Gage praised Moxley for what he did for GCW.

Under the new AEW deal, Moxley is now exclusive only to All Elite Wrestling and their international partners like New Japan Pro Wrestling.
