Dynamite in Toronto sells out, Rampage tickets still available

As expected, AEW had a big debut in Canada with tickets for the October 12 Dynamite in Toronto instantly snapped up for a quick sell out.

A handful of very expensive official platinum seats remain but there’s a few thousand tickets which immediately went on re-sale, suggesting these were scooped up by ticket scalpers.

The Rampage tapings on October 13 in the same location is selling well but is far from selling out so those who maybe didn’t get a ticket for Dynamite are not interested in going to see Rampage and certainly not everyone who picked up a Dynamite ticket wanted to do two in a row. Tickets for Rampage start at CA $117 and go up to over CA $1,000 for ringside.

These will be the first AEW events outside the United States and the pick of Coca-Cola Coliseum raised some eyebrows as it’s a smaller arena in Toronto and the company could have sold out an even bigger arena, and probably filled a large portion of a stadium, with the amount of interest there was in tickets for the show.
