Dynamite moving to TBS on January 5, 2022…but Rampage stays on TNT

Variety.com is reporting that Dynamite will be moving permanently to TBS from TNT starting with the January 5, 2022 episode. Dynamite retains its Wednesday night 8PM ET time slot once it moves to TBS.

The more interesting news is that Rampage, which was supposed to move with Dynamite to TBS, will remain on TNT in 2022. It will also keep its Friday 10PM ET time slot in 2022. AEW will also have a quarterly special on TNT once 2022 hits.

TBS is in a few more homes than TNT so there will not be a problem of less households for Dynamite. Moving to TBS will also spare Dynamite from being pre-empted multiple times throughout the year due to NBA and other sports.
