Eddie Kingston also has torn ACL and meniscus

Things are actually worse for Eddie Kingston who confirmed that apart from a tibula fracture, he also has a torn ACL and meniscus. Kingston discussed his injuries with PWInsider.com, who originally reported on his fracture several days ago.

Kingston suffered the injuries when he took a suplex from the ring apron onto a waiting table but his right leg smashed the steel barricade. Kingston immediately clutched his leg and took him several minutes to get up before going through the rest of the angle with the beatdown from The Elite.

The injury at the NJPW Resurgence show cost him his place in the Anarchy in the Arena match where he was set to team with FTR and Bryan Danielson as part of Team AEW against The Elite.

Kingston is looking at up to nine months on the sidelines.
