Forbidden Door 2023 pay-per-view coming to Toronto in June

AEW announced that the second Forbidden Door pay-per-view will take place on Sunday, June 25, live from the Scotiabank Arena in Toronto, Canada.

The pay-per-view will be in conjunction with New Japan Pro-Wrestling and tickets go on sale on Friday, March 24 at 10AM ET on Ticketmaster.ca.

Last time in Toronto, AEW used the smaller Coca-Cola Coliseum but obviously a larger crowd is expected for this show which is why the Scotiabank Arena, holding around 19,000 fans, was selected for this event.

AEW will host several shows throughout Canada during that period, with television shows in Hamilton, Edmonton, Saskatoon, Regina, and a house show in Calgary.

The first Forbidden pay-per-view held last year welcomed over 16,000 fans in Chicago.
