Former Knockouts champion Allie signs with All Elite Wrestling

Laura Dennis, who wrestled with Impact Wrestling under the name of Allie, has signed a deal with All Elite Wrestling. The announcement was made during the latest episode of Road to Double or Nothing on YouTube and later Allie wrote a tweet saying she’s excited to announce that she officially signed on the dotted line with the new promotion.

The 31-year-old Canadian has been wrestling for TNA/Impact since 2013, winning the Knockouts title on two different occasions. Her deal with Impact expired in late 2018 and her contract was not picked up, leaving her a free agent.

Prior to signing with Impact Wrestling, Dennis worked as Cherry Bomb with Combat Zone Wrestling, Shine Wrestling, Shimmer, and other independent promotions.

She is the ninth female on the AEW roster.
