Jim Ross is taking another break from his AEW commentary duties, this time on the orders of doctors who recommended him to stop flying for a few to let his leg heal.
During the latest episode of his podcast Grilling JR, Ross said he doesn’t know how many weeks that would be.
“Being off an airplane for a few weeks will be good for my leg to heal so what’s what I’m gonna do,” Ross said.
Ross had skin cancer on the lower part of his leg and has struggled since radiation treatment.
The WWE Hall of Famer also addressed his future with AEW, saying he still has a couple of months left on his deal and AEW President Tony Khan indicated to him that he would like him to stay.
