KENTA to wrestle on Dynamite next week

The #1 contender for the IWGP United States title, KENTA, will make his AEW in-ring debut on next week’s Dynamite.

KENTA will be teaming up with AEW World champion Kenny Omega to face Jon Moxley and Lance Archer in a falls count anywhere, anything goes match. This is a continuation of the storyline from the closing moment of this week’s Dynamite where KENTA made a surprise appearance and attacked Jon Moxley.

Moxley will be defending his IWGP United States title against KENTA on the February 26 episode of NJPW Strong, streaming on the NJPW World service. The match has already been recorded late last year.

It seems that AEW and NJPW will be moving forward with another working relationship for the time being which might lead to stars from both promotions appearing on different programming leading to exciting match-ups.
