Match for the vacant unified AEW Trios titles set for Collision

After the Unified AEW Trios titles were declared vacant last week on Collision when Christopher Daniels stripped The Bang Bang Gang off their gold due to Jay White’s injury, a match to determine the new champions was announced for this week’s Collision.

The match will feature Christian Cage, Killswitch, and Nick Wayne take on Austin Gunn, Colten Gunn, and Juice Robinson, with the winners getting both the AEW and ROH Trios/Six-Man tag team titles.

The Bang Bang Gang tried to invoke the Freebird Rule last week in a bid to have Juice Robinson replace Jay White due to his injury but Daniels didn’t want any of that, ending their 83-day reign.

The ROH Six-Man Tag Team titles and the AEW Trios titles were unified at the Dynasty Zero Hour show, with White and The Gunns defeating The Acclaimed. The Acclaimed had been AEW Trios champions for 238 days.
