MJF unveils new-look AEW World title, turns on William Regal

MJF had a busy night on Dynamite yesterday, unveiling a new version of the AEW World title and then just minutes later turning on William Regal, the man who helped him win the AEW World title in the first place at Full Gear.

MJF said that the current title reminded him of everyone that had it before and lacked class, so he decided to dump it in the garbage. MJF, with the help of Regal, then unveiled the brand new Triple B version: the Big Burberry Belt.

The new champ said that his title reign will be longer than the likes of Hulk Hogan, JBL, and Jeff Jarrett and it would make Bruno Sammartino roll in his “shitty little grave.”

He added that come 2024, Hollywood, Nick Khan and Triple H, will all be coming after him for his signature.

But then came the twist. After explaining how his deal with William Regal came, MJF moved behind Regal and then knocked him out with brass knuckles, ending a partnership that was over before it even started.

Regal did the stretcher job after EMTs and Bryan Danielson attended to him in the ring.
