More details and footage on Owen Hart Cup Tournament tonight on Dynamite

More information on the Owen Hart Cup Tournament will be given tonight during the Holiday Bash themed episode of Dynamite.

Last week AEW revealed that there will be two tournaments, one for men and one for women, taking place in May with the finals of both tournaments happening at the Double or Nothing pay-per-view later in the month.

Tonight, AEW is promoting that they will take a special look at the tournament including stars from multiple generations speaking about Owen’s legacy and footage of Owen wrestling in New Japan Pro Wrestling plus private home videos supplied by Dr. Martha Hart, the widow of Owen Hart.

Martha will also be at the Double or Nothing pay-per-view to present the winners with the cup herself.

This is the first time that Owen’s family is involved with something related to professional wrestling since his untimely death in May 1999.
