Saturday Night’s Alright For Fighting returning as Collision’s theme

Elton John is returning to AEW Collision this weekend…well, his voice is!

AEW President Tony Khan announced that John’s song “Saturday Night’s Alright For Fighting” is back as the Collision theme song for 2025.

The song was used as the theme for Collision since the first episode in June 2023 but the company stopped using it in July 2024 after the rights to use it expired.

The song was originally released in 1973 as part of his album Goodbye Yellow Brick Road.

This weekend’s Collision will be the first one to also simulcast on Max.
