Swerve Strickland after Dynasty: “F*ck Booker T!”

Swerve Strickland and Booker T will not be exchanging Christmas cards anytime soon and Swerve made his feelings known in a post-Dynasty address to the crowd in Philadelphia.

Swerve and Booker had some difference of opinions lately over the use of black wrestlers in WWE. Strickland has often criticized the company for not showcasing enough black talent on TV but Booker T jumped to WWE’s defense, saying he has been treated fairly for two decades.

After Dynasty went off the air, Swerve thanked the crowd for supporting him for the past several years and for helping him main event five pay-per-views in one year.

“I don’t just speak about representation, I go out there and prove the f*cking thing,” Swerve told the crowd. “And I only make it this far because of you people right here chanting ‘Whose house?'”

He then had one final dig for Booker T before he closed up.

“Thank y’all for being here. Thank y’all for the merchandise. Get home safely. And one last thing, just for my amusement: f*ck Booker T,” he said.

Earlier, Booker T said that he opened doors and broke down barriers for people like Swerve.

“Swerve Strickland perhaps would not even be here if it wasn’t for me. I have to apologize for nothing that I’ve done in this business,” Booker said, adding that we may not hear a lot about racial issues with him because he handles such issues head first.
