The Great Muta to team up with Sting for final match

Japanese promotion Pro Wrestling NOAH announced today that Hall of Famer Sting will team with The Great Muta for his final match on Sunday, January 2023 in Yokohama, Japan.

The match will take place at The Great Muta Final Bye-Bye show from the Yokohama Arena although their opponents have not been named yet. This will be Sting’s debut with NOAH.

The two legends have a long history together from their WCW and NJPW days in the late 80s and early 90s and wrestled against each other at Starrcade, The Great American Bash and other events and also teamed up together at other shows in Japan and the United States.

Tickets for this show will go on sale to the general public on November 12. VIP seats are priced at 100,000 Yen, around $700. Other tickets start from the equivalent of $35 to $350.
