The Young Bucks announced for NJPW’s Wrestle Dynasty

In a video which aired during the NJPW King of Pro Wrestling show today, current AEW Tag Team champions The Young Bucks revealed they’re returning to the Land of the Rising Sun for the Wrestle Dynasty event.

“New Japan Pro-Wrestling. Wrestle Dynasty,” Nicholas says. “The Young Bucks are coming back, baby,” continued Matthew.

The two have not wrestled in Japan since Wrestle Kingdom 13 in January 2019 and have been fully focused with their EVP and on-camera work with AEW ever since.

Wrestle Dynasty, announced earlier this year, will take place on Sunday, January 5, the day after Wrestle Kingdom at the Tokyo Dome. It will feature the participation of CMLL, ROH, as well as NJPW and AEW stars.

The show is the NJPW version of Forbidden Door.
