Will Ospreay is All Elite!

Will Ospreay is All Elite.

As expected, the popular NJPW star signed with AEW last night and will begin his proper AEW journey once his current NJPW contract expires in the beginning of 2024.

The popular British star was at Full Gear and told fans that they have to wait just a bit more for him to start as he wants to finish his NJPW duties first. He did mention that he would be available for Revolution.

Ospreay was about to become a free agent and while WWE expressed interest in signing him, the belief was always that he was going to AEW due to his many friends there as well as the style of wrestling which suits him more than in WWE.

Ospreay’s last match for AEW was at All In where he beat Chris Jericho.

AEW President Tony Khan posted the usual “is All Elite” graphic during the segment.
