AP corrects story on motion to make Hogan’s court documents public

The Associated Press is now reporting that the decision the judge took in the motion to unseal the Hulk Hogan case documents last week was not actually a decision of the motion they filed a couple of days before with other media companies, but rather for a request the media did earlier in the Summer.

The AP issued a correction to their original story saying a hearing by Judge Pamela A. Campbell is scheduled for this Thursday that will tackle this new motion.

Currently the FBI records into the investigation including the video can only be seen by the attorneys for Hulk Hogan and Gawker.
