Cindy Heenan, wife of the late Bobby Heenan, passes away

Cindy Heenan, the wife of the late Bobby “The Brain” Heenan, has passed away. The news was announced by close personal friend Mike Tenay but no other details were revealed.

“Sorry to report the passing of Cindy Heenan, an incredible wife, mother and grandmother. Her devotion and support for Bobby was unparalleled,” Tenay wrote. “Survived by daughter Jess, son in law John and grandkids Austin and Hannah. Our times with them were the happiest and most memorable.”

While she was never part of the public side of the wrestling circus back in the day, Cindy did accompany her husband to pretty much all conventions after he became ill.

Cindy, who was believed to be 74 years old, married Heenan in 1978 and stayed by her husband’s side until the day he passed away.
