Dwayne Johnson becomes first Hollywood actor to get Facebook Live…and he delivered

Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson was chosen to be the first Hollywood actor to launch his Facebook Live streaming feature.

The former WWE champ posted a photo along with Facebook’s Mark Zuckerberg on Instagram announcing the news, adding that with his 23 million fans on Instagram and 50 million on Facebook, it’s very important to continue to evolve the way to connect to fans worldwide.

“I’ve said it before many times and it’s true, connecting with fans will always be the best part of my job,” Johnson said. “And eating sushi with Zuckerberg in Japan ain’t too bad either!”

Johnson posted a 32 minute video on Facebook Live while he was in the gym showing everyone how he works out. He also answered questions from fans who was posting live. You can see the video – which contains quite a few F bombs – below.
