Gerald Brisco undergoes knee replacement surgery in Tampa

WWE Hall of Famer Gerald Brisco underwent successful knee replacement yesterday.

Brisco is still recovering at St. Joseph’s Hospital in Tampa, Florida, where surgeons performed the operation.

The 74-year-old noted that he has swelling after his first rehab session and controllable pain but woke up with an appetite for a great breakfast, hoping it’s a good sign he can go home very soon.

Brisco thanked the team at the hospital for taking care of him.

After a 36-year career with WWE, Brisco was released from the company last year due to coronavirus pandemic cost-cutting measures.
