Deadline.com is exclusively reporting that Holt McCallany has been cast to play the role of Fritz Von Erich in the upcoming Von Erichs biopic titled The Iron Claw.

The movie has already cast Zac Efron, Harris Dickinson and Jeremy Allen White. Sean Durkin is writing and directing while Tessa Ross, Derrin Schlesinger and Harrison Huffman are producing it.

“Based on the true story of the Von Erichs, the film follows the rise and fall of the family dynasty of wrestlers who made a huge impact on the sport from the 1960s to the present day,” Deadline says about the movie.
