Jake Hager wins his second MMA fight with Bellator

Jake Hager, the artist formerly known as Jack Swagger, improved his MMA record to 2-0 yesterday after he defeated T.J. Jones at Bellator 221 at the Allstate Arena.

The former World Heavyweight champion made quick work of his opponent, submitting him in the first round via a head and arm choke. Always the heel, Hager kept the lock on even after referee waived him off and the move was not appreciated by fans who booed Hager out of the building.

But Hager, who spent most of his time wrestling as a heel, dissed the crowd in his post-fight interview and added, “I’m rock hard right now with emotion. I got a boner.” That did not win him any cheers either but Hager did not care one single bit.
