Miro returns to the ring in Doha, Qatar

Miro got back in the squared circle yesterday, wrestling his first match in over 13 months at the Qatar Pro-Wrestling event Super Slam III in Doha.

The former WWE United States and AEW TNT champion took on Alberta El Patron in one of the matches which were taped for a show that will air on Triller TV on March 2.

He had not wrestled since December 20, 2023 at the AEW Worlds End pay-per-view, defeating Andrade.

Miro received his release from AEW earlier this month after four and a half years with the company, with rumors suggesting that he is returning to WWE at some point.
