Netflix acquires the rights for The Resurrection of Jake The Snake documentary

Netflix has acquired the rights of the popular documentary The Resurrection of Jake The Snake and it will be added to the Netflix streaming library next week on June 1.

The documentary, which chronicles the WWE Hall of Famer’s battles with his demons in a struggle to reclaim his life and family, has gotten rave reviews from fans and critics on websites such as The Hollywood Reporter, Sports Illustrated, Forbes, and others.

The Resurrection of Jake the Snake enjoys an 88% score on RottenTomatoes.com and an 8.1 out of 10 rating on IMDB.COM. It features several wrestling legends such as Steve Austin, Scott Hall, Edge, Diamond Dallas Page, Jim Duggan, Jim Ross, and others.
