Ronda Rousey wants the WWE Divas title

Speaking at a media day in Los Angeles to promote her fight at UFC 193, current UFC Women’s champion Ronda Rousey said that she wants to conquer WWE after her time in MMA is done.

In a story carried out by Fox Sports, Rousey said she wants to be remembered as one of the greatest fighters of all time at any sport, especially boxing, jiu-jitsu, and professional wrestling.

“What I would love to do: I got an Olympic medal, I would want to retire from MMA as one of the greatest of all time, I would love to have the chance to be the boxing world champion, and I would love to have the chance to be a jiu-jitsu world champion. I’d love to have the chance to be the Divas world champion and just be the best of everything at one point,” Rousey revealed.

Rousey, the most popular fighter in the UFC at the moment, has always said that she wants to get in the ring and her ambitions increased after getting a taste at the past WrestleMania where she was involved in a segment with The Rock, Triple H, and Stephanie McMahon.

The current Divas champion, Charlotte, was quick to accept her request. “Come get it… Anytime. Anywhere. @RondaRousey @ufc @UFCONFOX #DivasChampion,” she wrote.

Triple H also welcomed Rousey’s comments. “You are always welcomed…I’ll leave the light @WWEPerformCtr on for you!!!”

Rousey’s words will surely bring in more rumors and added enthusiasm from wrestling fans around the world who one day hope to see her in the ring.

Somewhere in Connecticut, Vince McMahon is already seeing the big dollar signs.
