Vickie Guerrero says WWE is avoiding her after appearing on AEW Dark

Former Smackdown General Manager Vickie Guerrero said on her latest episode of her podcast Excuse Me: The Vickie Guerrero Show, that WWE has been avoiding her calls and e-mails to book talent on her podcast ever since she made an appearance on the AEW YouTube show Dark.

Guerrero was on the December 11, 2019 Dark show doing guest commentary when AEW rolled into her home state of Texas for a show in Garland.

Vickie couldn’t believe it when someone from the company told her she couldn’t interview any WWE Superstars due to her appearance on All Elite Wrestling. “I was just like, ‘Wow. They’re gonna be like that.’ So, you just quietly move on and you see how they are and you just have to take care of your own business.”

Guerrero added, “They didn’t call me for two years. What did they expect me to do? Just to sit here and wait for them to call so I could do some work?” Guerrero said she loves professional wrestling and loves to work in the ring. “If someone is giving me an opportunity to go and show up and have some fun, then I should be able to because I’m not obligated to anybody.”
