WrestleCon cancels Los Angeles booking over WrestleMania 37 weekend

In a sign that WrestleMania 2021 is probably moving away from Los Angeles, WrestleCon yesterday announced that their convention is no longer taking place in the Los Angeles area next year.

After canceling this year due to the pandemic, it’s still unclear if such an event can take place even if WrestleMania does indeed happen somewhere else. WrestleCon urged those who already booked their room at the Westin Bonaventure to make sure their refund is processed.

There are rumors that WWE will move WrestleMania to Tampa Bay again and leave Los Angeles for the following year. Tampa missed on WrestleMania this year after it was moved to the Performance Center in Orlando.
