Brian Myers to get Impact World title shot at Emergence

Brian Myers won a battle royal during last night’s Impact Wrestling on AXS TV to become the new number one contender for the Impact World title.

The participants in the battle royal also included Ace Austin, Chris Sabin, Deaner, Eddie Edwards, Fallah Bahh, Hernandez, Johnny Swinger, Madman Fulton, Moose, No Way, Petey Williams, Rich Swann, Rhino, Sam Beale, Sami Callihan, Suicide, Trey Miguel, W. Morrissey, and Willie Mack.

Myers won the match when he eliminated both Moose and Sabin at the same time, earning himself his firs title shot since he made the switch from WWE.

Myers will be receiving his title shot at the Emergence Impact Plus streaming-only event which will take place on Friday, August 20 from the Skyway Studios in Nashville, Tennessee.
