Impact to start covering accommodation costs for talent on the road

PWInsider.com is reporting that Impact Wrestling is now paying for hotel costs for everyone who is on the road when the company does television tapings.

Professional wrestlers often have to pay their own hotel and rental car costs when going from city to city unless it’s for a major pay-per-view or an overseas trip. The case is pretty much the same for everyone but Impact seems to be breaking the mold by offering their talent to cover accommodation costs.

The new cool perk will begin with the Impact Wrestling television tapings in Las Vegas, Nevada next week and will be the norm going forward. PWInsider adds that during a meeting back in May, they were told that this is something they’re trying to work out as a way to “give back” to their roster.
