Impact’s Lockdown show to move location after University shuts down all events

Impact Wrestling’s aptly-named Lockdown show set for March 28 has to be moved after St. Clair College in Windsor has cancelled all non-essential on and off campus events due to the coronavirus.

The university is also shutting down classes starting from next Monday and moving everything online.

The Impact Plus event is produced by Impact in conjunction with Border City Wrestling. Lockdown is an old pay-per-view name that the company used in the past where all matches were held in a cage. The event name has not been used since 2016.

The 2020 Lockdown was announced by Impact in January. The company has not announced what will happen to the show yet.
